Vehicle: 2006 Nissan Navara 2.5 174BHP
Unit used: CRD with a TK 3 DN2 wire loom.

Step1. Remove bolts securing the engine cover.

Step2. Remove engine cover and locate Common Rail sensor plug.

Step3. Ensure the vehicle ignition is switched off and disconnect the Common Rail Sensor plug.

Step4. Connect the loom to the common rail sensor using the OE plugs and connect to the sensor plug.

Step5. Connect the other end of the loom to the ready programmed CRD tuning module and secure the module, away from possible splash water and heat.

Step6. Finally replace the engine cover ready for a test drive.
